Q. Do you have a minimum order?
A. No. While larger orders may get better pricing, we are a small
business built around customers of all sizes.
Some small orders may have an additional shipping fee.

Q. Are there special instructions for washing embroidered items?
A. Please click on our washing instructions
PDF file. If you don't have a PDF viewer (Adobe), you can also open
up a
Word doc file. If you can't view either, please contact us and we can
email you the instructions.
Q. Can you use the logo for my company or business?
A. Yes we can use most logos. There is a one-time setup fee of $50
for logos that fit in a 6 inch circle. If you
purchase a large order, this fee may be waived.
Q. Do you restrict law enforcement items or logos?
A. Yes, if an item would identify someone as a law enforcement officer,
the customer must provide verification
of their sworn law enforcement status before an order
is completed.
Q. Who owns the digitized logo after the setup fee is paid for?
A. L.O.F. Custom Embroidery owns the digitized file of any logo
that we have digitized. We stand by our
work so we don't give out the digitized files.

Q. What if I don't have a logo for my business, can you design
one?
A. Yes I am a business owner and also an artist/designer.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Many factors come into play here, holidays, size of order, number of
stitches in a logo, items out of stock, etc.
We make every effort to get your order to you as
quickly as possible. If you would like a rush order, please
email us for our rush order fee.
Q. Where is your storefront?
A. We are a home based business and our storefront is the internet.
By not having a retail store space, it helps
us keep our prices low.
Q. Who is responsible for misspelled wording or names?
A. The customer is responsible for all misspellings. It is
important that you verify spelling when you place your
order. We have a terms and conditions warning
before placing your order to remind you to check the
spelling.
Q. What if I would like an item embroidered that I can't find on your
website?
A. Feel free to visit our suppliers websites to locate an item you are
interested in. You can then email us
with the item number, color, size and what logo you
would like embroidered and we will give you an
exact quote.

Q. What type of machine do you use?
A. We use a SWF machine. They have a great product and you will
